Fence Erection – Metal – All Operations to CompletionDescription
Code 6400 applies to employers engaged in erection of metal, chain link or barbed wire fences. The installation of guardrails in highways or roads is also contemplated in the scope of this classification.
This classification includes erection of railings or fencing on building exteriors from ground level and up to the first story.

Vinyl or plastic fences including prefabricated fences and vinyl or plastic railings. Refer to Code 5429 “Cabinet Works Installation – All Operations to Completion.”
