It is my pleasure to welcome you to the website of the New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board.  The year 2008 will be a very exciting one for the Board as we embark on a new path as providers of loss costs for the state in lieu of rates which we had previously provided for the industry for more than ninety years.  Information we receive concerning the Board’s and the carrier’s roles in this new rating environment will be posted on this site when available and we urge you to make every effort to stay current with these changes.
