PROPOSED October 1, 2010 Loss Cost Filing

The New York State Insurance Department has requested that NYCIRB’s recently proposed 2010 loss cost filing be made available to interested parties. In response to that request, the complete NYCIRB 2010 loss cost filing, including supporting actuarial exhibits, is provided below.
Especially note that this material represents an overall PROPOSED change in loss costs and has not been approved by the Insurance Department.
